Our luxurious apartment within this idyllic, private development has been designed with total comfort and style in mind. Marble floors, elegant yet comfortable seating and décor, hot/cold air conditioning and radiant underfloor heating for year round temperature control all make for a relaxing and pampered experience. For that real health spa feel, relax in our inviting private outdoor jacuzzi, surrounded by terracotta tiles and lit by underwater lights. The master bedroom has wall to wall glass doors leading to the terracotta sun terrace and an en suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi/spa bath. Our covered terrace has a sofa, armchair and coffee table relaxation area, wooden steamer chairs to relax and top up your tan and a stylish dining table with 6 chairs. Wander through the beautifully landscaped gardens of Villa Gadea down to the beach and crystalline waters of the Mediterranean Sea or take a couple of steps down to the pool.

The village of Altea is one of the most memorable and picturesque on the Costa Blanca. White washed houses belonging to artisans line the cobbled lanes of the quaint, yet stylish old town - all leading up to the stunning blue-domed church of La Virgen de la Consuelo. Tempting boutiques line the narrow lanes, whilst cafe tables, shaded by orange trees, spill out onto the cobbles for those relaxing breaks! Summer brings on the plethora of arts and craft stalls all around the church, where local artists come to display and sell their work. The restaurants in the area offer delectable cuisine of all styles to suit every palate - seafood being a real delicacy. Apart from the nearest beautiful beaches in Altea and Calpe (10 minutes away), Altea is 1/2 h from theme parks and water parks for real family fun. There are several golf courses in and around the area as well as facilities for water sports and scuba diving, adventure activities or breathtaking mountain walks.

To make life easier and to save you money - tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen detergents, dishwasher tablets, laundry wash and hand wash are all also provided for your use.

Highly recommended!!! We stayed at Casa Verano during Easter 2011. The apartment was spotless and very nicely decorated. The owners paid full attention to detail and felt very homely, it had everything we needed. We couldn't enjoy the pool and beach, due to time of year and the weather not being great, so would definetely go back to try all amenities at hand. We had a lovely break, very relaxing and did lots of sightseeing around. Just what we were looking for.

La magnifique résidence HNE , au milieu d ' UNE végétation incroyable .
Calme et sécurisée , Elle offres Tous les Avantages Pour Ceux Qui recherchent la tranquilité .
L'appartement en rez de jardin Tout le confort posséde Nécessaire , et Les Équipements Que l ' ONU sur chez soi !
EST Gadéa possible Accès L 'hôtel aux piscines de l ' , sans controle !
Seul regret Notre , la plage , n'est Qui Pas-de- Sable fin , allions ONU à Calpe OU Benidorm .
PEU OU UNE C'Est L sur la résidence « croisé de gens , les piscines SONT Toujours desertes , Adaptée aux familles plutot Enfants Jeunes Avec , par Contre les ados SONT rares ..

The Villa Gadea development is immaculately landscaped and maintained. It is particularly well located for immediate access to the AP7 motorway and the N332 coastal road, thus making it handy to visit other parts of the Costa Blanca.
The Altea Olla railway station is about 15 minutes walk from Villa Gadea and affords the opportunity to use the Alicante - Denia light railway to visit neighbouring towns without a car.
The adjacent Hotel Villa Gadea has a spa and gym open to non-residents, and I was able to get a month's membership of the gym for 48 Euro, with a fluffy towel provided on each visit.
This apartment, Casa Verano, is, as described in the website, comfortable and stylish, with high quality furnishings and fittings. It provided us with a very comfortable stay thoughout the month.
the local agents, Pam and Sandra, were particularly welcoming and helpful.

This flat was very confortable and would recommend it if you wish a holiday in a quiet environment. We enjoyed the pool every day and shared it with almost nobody....

Beautifully laid out, nothing was missing.
Very secure for young children, perfect for families.
Also very close to Calpe and Altea centers, but far enough to avoid the noise of the croud....Perfect.
