Yes, now there are two choices for the Timbers Edge family. Enjoy your Copper Mountain Vacation in our recently updated, luxuriously cozy, ski-in/ski-out, one bedroom + sleeping loft/two bath condominium. Two-story floor plan sleeps five to seven. Large master bedroom and loft with a shared full bath upstairs, sofa sleeper and full bath downstairs. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, loft has one full-size bed and one twin bed with a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Our premium, ground-floor unit includes covered parking for one vehicle, indoor ski storage and convenient access to the buildings hot tub, sauna and laundry facility. Center Village restaurants, shops and entertainment are all just a short stroll away. The Timber Creek condominium complex is located just East of Center Village, building #24 on the Village map. Green Acres sits just behind our complex with the Pitch fork and Gem lifts just steps from the hot tub.

A short stroll to the shops and restaurants of Center Village all year round. Winter guests head out the back to catch the Pitchfork and Gem Lifts for a quick ride over to the Super Bee Quad Chair and a connection to the spectacular bowls and trails of Copper Mountain. At days end you can ski right past the hot tub and back to Timber Creek and you're home. Summer guests can enjoy fantastic hiking, mountain biking, golf, fishing and horseback riding - not to mention summer concerts, outdoor movies and many other special events in the village. Copper Mountain in Summit county is just off I-70 and is a wonderful location for a family vacation, as well as acting as a great home base for enjoying the neighboring communities of Silverthorne (Outlet Mall), Dillon (Lake), Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail, Leadville and Aspen (82 miles).

Additional information about rental rates

  • $125-325/Night
  • Pricing is for 5-person occupancy, $15/per additional persons not to exceed 7. Children under 7 will not be charged the additional fee.
    • As clean linens are supplied, rates posted include end-of-rental cleaning fees.
    • A 5.775% sales tax will be added to all reservations.
    • A $200 damage deposit is required to secure your reservation.
    • 50% of rental amount is due 60 days prior to reservations date, or immediately, if less than 60 days to reservation date.
    • Remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
    • Higher rates may apply for stays less than 4 nights, holidays and special events.
    • All rates subject to change without notice, prior to confirmed reservation.
  • • There will be a 25% fee for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date, a 50% fee for cancellations within 21 days, a 75% fee for cancellations within 14 days and a 100% fee for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date. Any cancellation will result in the loss of your reservation deposit. These fees/deposit will convert to credits toward future rentals if we are able to fill the vacancy.
