Beachy House Special Rate - Mar 28 week. Seaside Cottage streets are lined with picket fences and have use of both beachfront Grand Pavilion pools located across from the Board Walk Inn. Pull in the driveway, park your car and never get back in it the rest of your visit, yes, all amenities are just a 2 minute walk. The beachy house has a swing, rocking chairs and a hammock that overlook a quiet cul-d-sac with the tennis courts, playground, and golf course across the way. On the back screened porch you can sip your morning coffee while overlooking the natural habitat of a beautiful lagoon. This beautiful southern style home is a wonderful place for family reunions, girls weekend away or golf outings for the guys, and of course a romantic setting for every couple needing a break! Pantry is stocked with all initial grocery needs and beach equipment and toys for your use. Call/email for a professional video of all our properties.

All bedding is replaced each winter with new linens and towels. House is freshly painted on the inside and living room furniture replaced each winter. Since pictures have been taken all as has been replaced.

Notes: Our last renters filled out on our comment card at the Beachy House and stated, 'the Beachy House is the most well stocked,clean, comfortable home they have ever rented'. We keep the pantry stocked with condiments, spices, baking needs, coffee and tea. There all types of games, beach equipment, double stroller, etc for you beach and entertainment needs. We also offer a concierge service and babysitting scheduling to help with golf, tennis, eco tours, historical tours and restaurant reservations. The Beachy House offers you and your guest a sunset boat ride to view the Intercoastal beauty and coastal habitat of our waterways. We offer a complimentary family photo to take home with you.

The Beachy House is Great!

This is a perfect house for a family vacation. It is in a great neighborhood setting that creates a very safe, family feel to it. It is very spacious and well kept. Wild Dunes offers a nice variety of things to do, as well as a great beach. The owners were very personable and very easy to work with. I would reccomend this property to any and all of my friends.
