La Petite Grange, Le Tilleul, Les Chênes and 3 Champagnac are lovely houses with a shared swimming pool and tennis court. Less than 10 minutes drive from Ribérac in the Dordogne, the houses and grounds are wonderfully peaceful and the terraces face south - enjoying stunning views over the valley below. Inside the houses are well equipped and comfortable. The houses have 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bath or shower rooms (see individual descriptions) and are well equipped with satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher. All have sitting rooms with panoramic views and a wood-burning stove. Outside, their south-facing terraces are wonderful for BBQs and eating outside - and the large surrounding grounds have been beautifully landscaped to include the shared swimming pool (14mx9m) and an all-weather tennis court. Linen and towels are included in the price. We regret no pets and no smoking in the house or around the pool or tennis court. Le Tilleul and Les Chênes not suitable for under-5's.

No 3 Champagnac is the major portion of a 100-year-old farmhouse which has been renovated to create a wonderfully comfortable holiday home.while still retaining original features such as oak beams and a large stone fireplace. The house enjoys panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and is one of six on the same development - all sharing the large grounds, swimming pool and tennis court . Downstairs is dominated by one large open plan kitchen, dining and living room which is great for family living and opens out onto the terrace with its spectacular south-facing views. The sitting area has satellite TV which receives English TV programmes. Downstairs there is one double bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs there's another double bedroom, two twin-bedded rooms and two more bathrooms. Travel cot available.Discount for groups with fewer than 8 people and for stays of more than one week.
