Stream front contemporary NEW house,10 to Shawnee,30 to Camel back

The house is not bad but its far from is what is advertised. There is only one air conditioner (not central air) in the loft and during the hot months its almost unbarable. Another thing is don't be fooled by the picture of the lake. There is NO lake in the community (just a dirty man made lake where you cannot swim). There is a public lake about 20 minutes drive where you have to pay $7 on weekdays and $10 on weekends for parking. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor in the community which are pretty good but you definetly need a car to get to them. Also, we were charged $100 cleaning fee for a 2 week stay but the house was not that clean. There was dust under the beds in the downstairs bedrooms and marshmallows under the sofa in the living room. The upstairs shower had a few hair in it. The grass was not cut even though we asked the owners to cut it, so the children were restricted only to the area where the grass was walked on and dried out. The children's playhouse was also really dirty and one of the swings was broken so that was no use. Thsere is a TV, but there is only one russian channel, bring alot of DVDs.
