The breathtaking views through the huge floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom with the sounds of the waves that radiate through the condo when the sliding glass doors are open and the wonderful ocean breeze that flows in are just unbelievable. Custom made mattresses in both bedrooms and standard sofa sleeper as well provide for a wonderful nights sleep. Our 9th floor condo at Emerald Isle is located directly on the Gulf in the heart of Pensacola Beach. From the private balcony you overlook the pools, miles of sandy white beach and the endless horizon of crystal clear emerald green and blue water with dolphins sometimes swimming by. There are plenty of sea shells for the kids and the grown-ups to pick up or snorkel for. FREE BEACH LOUNGE RENTALS when you stay four or more nights during March through October!!! (restrictions apply for July 4th and the Blue Angels air show weeks) Also, $50 Food Gift Card on 7 or more night stays on most off-season & Winter months!

We loved the property and location. It was great to be able to walk to so many good restaurants. The view of pool and beach was beautiful. Condo was nicely furnished and clean. Our only complaint was that the sheets on the twin size beds were pilly and scratchy and should be replaced. We also would have appreciated if there had been some comfortable beach chairs available in unit to use so we did not have to spend the high cost of renting from beach vendors.
Owner's Response: We have addressed the issue with the sheets and all is well with nice fluffy sheets! We do have beach toys for the kids and low slung beach chairs with an unbrella in the condo. We will be furnishing a new set of chaise lounges that should be even more comfortable. We have even furnished the condo with an indoor George Foreman Grill that really adds a nice flavor to anything you cook! Thank you for all of the great reviews that have been posted or written in our guest book in the condo!
