Our luxurious vacation home has six bedrooms, four baths, a living, dining, family room and a kitchen with a breakfast room opening to a beautiful screened lanai with a heated pool and spa. The gourmet kitchen is appointed with granite and stainless appliances and 42 inch wood cabinetry. It is fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you need to cook a gourmet meal. The main master suite boasts a large garden tub. Four of the bedrooms have king beds. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each of them. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. The family room also has a flat screen TV. The home has wireless Internet. Beautiful ceramic tiles throughout main living area. The home has a game room with a pool table. The home is located in a beautiful gated resort community two miles from Walt Disney World. The resort has a club house that has a fantastic free form beach style heated pool and spa with a large water slide.
Nearest Airport : Orlando International Airport at 15 Miles
Nearest Beach : beach at 45 Miles
Car: necessary

Our home is located in 'The Reserve' section of Windsor Hills a beautiful 24 hour gated resort community only 2 miles from Walt Disney World. All other Orlando attractions are within 15 minutes away including three large regional designer outlet malls. The beach is less than an hour away. Busch Gardens is on l 75 minutes away. We are 75 minutes from the famous Daytona 500 Speedway.

A rental property as good as it gets

We arrived in Florida 3 days late due to a snowstorm here in the northeast, 7 out of 10 of us were hit with a virus while there, and the weather was on the chilly side, but this house we rented was the best decision we made for the trip. It's beautiful and spacious and well-equipped. It's evident that the owner takes pride in ownership and keeps up with carpet cleaning, etc. The guidelines for the renter are quite explicit so it ensures that the house is taken care of and in great shape for the next occupants. Very close to the Disney Parks and shopping, etc. The owner is an especially gracious and kind person and I would definitely recommend his properties to everyone.

Wonderful home, close to parks

We loved this home. Literally less than 10 minutes from Animal Kingdom, and maybe 20 from Magic Kingdom. Our family of 7 were able to spread out in this home and have a wonderful respite from our long days at the Disney parks. The pool was great after 12 hours on our feet, and the boys (10 and 12) loved it. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Great House/Great Owners

We had wonderful time. The house was fantastic and the pool was great. Upon arrival we had a couple of questions which were answered immediately upon contacting the owners. The four bedrooms with king size beds are pure luxury. The kitchen and master bathroom were great. This is a first class home which I highly recommend to anybody considering visiting Florida. We are considering returning next year and will definitely rent this house again. Thanks for everything Bob and Diane. We had a wonderful vacation.

We had planned our vacation for almost a year and the house was a perfect fit for our plans. We had 11 people in our party and we all had lot's of space in the house. Close proximity to 192 and I4 we could not have picked a better location. Bob was very easy to deal with and made our first house rental experience a very positive one. We will definatley be using this property in the future.

Fantastic family vacation

This house was the best, it had every thing we wanted and was in a very nice area and amazingly close to Disney and shopping areas. The owner was very understanding even on the 3 mornings when the alarm went off and he was awoken.All the rooms were well equiped. The kids had a lot of fun there was just so muuch for us all to do. All you need is your food list from walmart. The house was well kept. Since we are from the caribbean we only had one problem the a/c was way too cold for us. LOL but we wore warm cloths inside and took it off as we went out. The parking was great since we had 3 mini vans. The house was also very easy to locate.We plan to rent it again in the future. Thanks Bob.
