Unique waterfront unit is located in the Sandpiper Beach House, directly on the beach. Private fenced in property with large patio, beautiful garden and yard with direct beach access. Water views from every room. Conveniently located in the West End near town, but without the street noise due to its beachfront (not streetside) location. Bedrooms are located at opposite ends of unit for privacy and each has its own bathroom. Additional half bath is off living room. Swimming, kayaking, walking the beach, or venturing into town for shopping or dining are all options just outside the door. King sized beds,gas fireplace, new appliances, granite counters, wireless internet, TV, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen are all yours with the harbor beach in your back yard!
