4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathroom, Sleeps 8-10 people close to Windham, New York. New 2500 square feet home nestled on 8 acres with wonderful mountain views and spectacular sunsets. Spacious property to have fun or just take some nice walks. Wild turkey and sometimes deer are spotted on the property. Approx 25 min drive to Windham and 20 Mins to Belleayre for skiing and the Windham winery for all those wine tasters. If your looking for a romantic getaway or to spend some real QUALITY time with your family then this house you will love. Minekill state park is only a 15 min drive away where you can fish, boat, barbeque, swim, and Hike. There is a hiking trail that leads down to a breathtaking waterfall thats amazing!! Great Shopping, Antiquing, and sightseeing all year round. Great Central location close to all !! **Note** For all you Hunters; the house is 5 Mins from state land and there are many deer and wild turkey in the area!! I see them all the time driving to my house.

Great Central Location! 5 Minutes to State Land for Hunters. Close to Middleburg which is a real nice little town to visit. Prattsville only 15 mins has some nice antique shops and Great American Supermarket. Before Windham there is an amazing golf course nested in the mountains. Cobbleskill is close by and has a nice mini golf and go cart track. For you cave explorers Howe Caverns is 20 min away. Also many fresh farm stands on the country roads. Homemade maple syrup and honey off rt 23A. Grand Gorge only 15 Mins. for gas and food. Sundaes is a place you cannot miss for great food and amazing sundaes!! (The best brownie sundae my wife ever had)

Great Home for a Quality weekend with the family or a romantic getaway. 25 Mins to Windham Mountain to enjoy some great skiing and then come home to a nice fire in the fireplace and play some pool or just relax and unwind in the den. The house is spotless and all the appliances are new. Beautiful wide open kitchen / dining area for the whole family to sit and enjoy an old fashion country dinner together. We love our house and are sure you will too.

We spent New Year's time at that house with friends and kids and had a great time. House is very spacious, clean and beautiful.
