LAURELI LOOKOUT is located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in a secluded area about 1.5 miles off Hwy. 321/441. The attractions of the Smokey Mountain National Park, Dollywood, the Arts and Crafts Community and Outlet Shopping are all within 30 minutes. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are within 5 minutes. The National Park includes, thousands of miles of hiking trails, Clingman's Dome (the highest point in TN), Cade's Cove (an historically preserved settlement from the early 1800's) and swimming in mountain streams. The Gatlinburg area is rich in craftsmanship. Three of the main areas where the craftsmen show their wears are at Arrowmont in downtown Gatlinburg, the arts and crafts community and Dollywood. The chambers of commerce for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have calenders of events which include arts and crafts events.

3rd Visit...Perfect Location

I keep coming back to your cabin because it is the perfect location-5 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Close to Dollywood and so close to the outlets in Pigeon Forge yet the cabin is in a very quiet and peaceful setting. We love the spiral staircase and the privacy of the 3 floors. The downstairs is a perfect place for my kids to crash and play pool and watch movies. We all love the Hot Tub on the deck. Thanks for providing everything we needed . Summer or Winter.....We will definitely be back.

Perfect Vacation

The cabin was very nice and well maintained. We have 2 small children and everything we could've asked for was furnished. The location really helped us make the most of our vacation. The cabin is halfway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Also, at the bottom of the hill is the river that runs betweens the 2 towns....great for the kids! The cabin is furnished and decorated better than any of the other properties we've rented in years past. We were able to stay in and make dinner several nights which made our trip much more cost effective. We appreciate the the generous accommodations and plan to make a return trip next year!

A wonderful secluded family-friendly retreat

We completely enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The floorplan is ideal for families, with a kid-friendly area on the lowest level and a living room for mom and dad on the main floor. The cabin was clean, well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The wooded, quiet location is ideal if you want to be near the area attractions but out of the noise and crowds. The cable TV, pool table and hot tub were big hits with our kids. It was a pleasure to deal with the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Laureli Lookout is a great place to "getaway" from your normal life. It has the comfort and charm of home; but the isolation of a vacation. It's a great place to vacation and I would recommend it to anyone. It's accessibility is terrific in comparison with some other cabin rentals and it is just a short drive to some excellent entertainment. The amazing scenery is something that everyone in your family will enjoy.
The cabin itself is charming. The owners have paid attention to every detail. It has a great floorplan that would be appropriate for medium-large size families and small group getaways. I loved having three floors to use. Everyone can have their own space if needed.
