A Great Place to Stay

If you want a beautifully appointed single-level place in Palm Desert, you will enjoy this rental, both inside and out!
Not only is the owner extremely easy to contact and talk to, but the condo is comfortable, well-appointed and well-located in the Valley. It is only a 6 minute drive to El Paseo and Highway 111. Since Monterey Drive exits off Highway 74 and Interstate 10, it is easy to find your way around the area to and from the condo.

The owner provided everything we needed to make our week a delight.
We were a group of five adults and two children, ages 6 and 3, and we all were comfortable. The property is clean and well-maintained. A washer & dryer are available in the house. (Bring your own detergent. Also bring your own toilet tissue and paper towels.)

The unit is easy to find on the main street, and within walking distance of the Clubhouse. A wonderful heated pool and hot tub is very close to the condo. The tub really felt good after long hikes at Joshua Tree and the Coachella Valley Reserve.
You will need a car to venture into the world outside the Country Club.

I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a wonderful visit to the Palm Springs area.

FABULOUS VACATION!!!

My husband, myself and two children (7 & 8) had a wonderful vacation in the dessert. This condo/townhouse is located directly across the fairway from the pool, the 16 tennis courts and on the golf course. all in a 5 minute drive you will find excellent restaurants, shopping, groceries, movies and lots of children's attractions. Great sightseeing for the young and the older. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked with everything we needed. For the price....YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS RENTAL! We will absolutely return next year if it available for our dates!!!
