Condominium - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 4)

Located in exclusive north Scottsdale, this luxurious and spacious condominium overlooking a pool and jacuzzi, is awaiting your stay. The quiet, second story end unit is recently updated and well maintained. The Living room is furnished with leather reclining sofas, 37'' flat screen HDTV and DVD player. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed with a large attached master bath with dual vanities, shower and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two new extra long twins that can be converted into a king and a separate bathroom. All bedding, bath linens and kitchen utensils are provided to help your stay feel like home. Wi-fi and a printer are available to keep you connected while in Scottsdale.

Rental includes one garage, a separate assigned covered parking space with additional unassigned parking available. Two bicycles and tennis rackets are provided for your use.

Nearby area: The complex is in a quiet area of North Scottsdale yet convenient to freeways. A number of stores, shops and restaurants are an easy walk.

The condo is located nearby to walking and hiking trails, bike paths, golf courses and tennis courts. The Barrett Jackson car show, Waste Management Open, Frank Lloyd Wright museum and Heard Museum, Kierland shopping are close by. Easy access via the freeway to Phoenix Stadium and ASU.

Easy walking distance to the local area high end shopping and great restaurants and close to Highway 101. Some of the Scottsdale/Phoenix area’s finest restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to the airport, Kierland Commons shopping, Waste Management Open, University of Phoenix Stadium,Barrett Jackson car show and horse shows at Westworld as well as numerous Spring Training games. The complex is gated and on a quiet street. Close walking distance to Horizon Park which has lighted tennis courts. Near to extensive system of mountain and road biking as well as hiking trails.

Other Activities: Mini Golf, Basketball Court, Shopping, Boating, Wildlife Viewing, Rock Climbing, Hot Air Ballooning, Segway tours, boating on Tempe town lake, tubing the Salt River.

Golf: Scottsdale has over 200 golf courses including TPC Scottsdale, McDowell Mountain Golf Club, Grayhawk and Kierland all within a 5 miles.

Ski: Ski in the White Mountains or Flagstaff area. Both within a days drive.

Great location. Nicely furnished condo. Accommodating owners. Quick return of security deposit : )

The unit's location in the complex is great. Overlooking the pool is great - one one or two occasions was a bit noisy over a 45-day period. The balcony is huge and a nice plus too.
