Description of the Scottsdale vacation condo rental
Located in exclusive north Scottsdale, this luxurious and spacious, non-smoking, two bedroom, two bath condominium has just been redecorated including all new furniture. This is a quiet second story end unit overlooking the beautiful pool with waterfall, hot tub and fountains. The unit has a private balcony. Living room furnished with leather reclining love seats, 37'' HDTV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and the guest bedroom has two new extra long twins that can be converted into a king. All bedding, bath linens and kitchen utensils are included. Master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, attached bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanities.
Rental includes one garage, one convenient assigned covered parking space with additional unassigned parking available.
The complex is in a quiet area of North Scottsdale. Grocery stores and restaurants are and easy walk. Nearby to walking trails, bike paths and tennis courts.

Close walking distance to Horizon Park which has lighted tennis courts. Near to extensive system of mountain and road biking trails.
