Surprise Vacation Rental house

We had a wonderful time in Surprise! Weather was perfect! This was the first time we rented a home and we were quite pleased with the outcome. The home was exactly the way it appeared in the pictures, very clean and nicely furnished. Nice size swimming pool and huge big back yard. Very quiet neighborhood and the location couldn't have been more ideal. Restaurants, golf courses, shopping, Cubs games, were all within easy reach. We took a 2 1/2 hr drive to Sedona and loved it, stopped at Montezuma's Castle and Well, which was well worth the ride. Parked over on a road off of Litchfield, near the Air Force Base one morning and watched the F-14's take off and land, very exciting experience! Recommend: JB's in Sun City Grand for Friday Night all you can eat Fish Fry, Mimi's for breakfast, Rio Mirage and Abuelo's for Mexican food, great food and Margaritas! Thanks to the owners of this home for a wonderful time! Prompt return of the security deposit was another plus! We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

This was my 8th annual trip to AZ for baseball spring training. I attend a majority of the games I see in Surprise so decided this year to stay in that area rather than driving across Phoenix every other day. I started out looking at hotels and almost revised my decision when I found HomeAway.com and checked into home rental.

Certainly glad I did! This rental was thousands times better than any of the other hotel/condo rentals I have done in the Phoenix area in past years. It was so convenient for what I needed to do. The home was one of the nicest, and most well maintained places I have ever stayed. You have the same and more amenities than you have at a hotel and the backyard was like having my own private resort minus all the other noisy guests! I too did more cooking than I usually do when vacationing but it was because there were days I just didn't feel the necessity to leave or it was much less expensive than purchasing ballpark food to eat.

There are a couple of grocery stores very close by and a great Mexican restaurant a 5-10 minute walk away, caught that one a couple of times. The area where this property is located is also conducive to maintaining any walking or running routines you may have, lots of green space and park area just down the block. Very quiet neighborhood.

And I can't say enough about how easy the rental process was. I would definately recommend this property to anyone! Laura, I will be contacting you soon to set up for next year, thanks for everything!!

My husband and I spent a great week in this house.
Weather was amazing. We enjoyed reading on this very private patio and taking a few dips in this great.
House was clean, large and beyond our expectations.

I cooked a lot during this week and I could find everything I was looking for in the kitchen.

Laura has been more than helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to somebody wishing to spend a week under the sun with full comfort.

I would recommend Sprouts farmer market for groceries, about 10 minutes away from home. They sell mainly health and organic food and a lot (including spices) is sold bulk. Great when you only need 2 tbs of each !

I would also recommend Blissful yoga, about 25 minutes away. They offer all levels, teachers are great and for $25 illimited yoga for 2 weeks, it's a great complement to sunbathing !.
