Great patio, but too many deal-breakers

That lovely patio just can't compensate for the rest.
The unit is on a steep, trashcan-lined public street with insufficient parking. The sidewalks leading to the unit are in poor repair, with dangerous uneven surfaces and chipped pavers.
The unit had a musty odor which persisted, even though we opened both sets of french doors for several hours each morning and used lots of air freshener. This mustiness was quite noticeable on fabrics and pillows, in cabinets, and in the closet. Missing amenities included the hair dryer, paper towels (a quarter roll for one week?) and trash bags (one?). There is also only one bathroom, not two as indicated.
The kitchen was well equipped, but there were residual grease smudges on the burner pans, the stove back, the crock of utensils, the flatware dividers, and the glass tray in the microwave. Milk left by the previous guest was still in the refrigerator. The blender container and lid were dirty. We began our stay by washing everything.
The noise level was fairly high: utility construction, the telephone (tons of solicitation calls), and a nearby infant. Every neighbor's lawn crew seemed to arrive on a different day.
Overall location was fine, but the main ingress street is blocked off to all incoming traffic each time a nearby facility has an event (total of three nights during our stay.
No property is perfect, nor would we expect it to be. We could have overlooked some things, but the combination of issues was more than enough to change our minds about returning.
Owner's Response: This review is a bit shocking because I always make it a point to check in with my guests to make sure that all is well, which is what I was told by this person. In any case, I have replaced the housekeeper with an amazing cleaner who also keeps the place well-stocked (someone must have taken the hair dryer but I've now replaced it). I'm not sure what the reviewer means about the bathroom; only one is advertised. Regarding parking, this guest chose not to take advantage of the garage. And as for noise, this is the Hollywood Hills, but most of my guests fall in love with the apartment and the neighborhood and many, many of them return time and time again. The nearby event facility to which she refers is the Hollywood Bowl -- which is only open during the summer and is considered a huge bonus by most of my guests who love the fact that they can simply walk around the corner to see this world-class venue -- and the traffic is never blocked to visitors and residents, only to interlopers.
