Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Helena, Montana
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are $300/night (3 night min.) with a $1,500.00 refundable security deposit.

Check-In Time Is After 4 P.M. Mst And Check Out Is Before 11 A.M. Mst. No Early Check-ins or Late Check-outs. Our maid service has been scheduled ahead of time and we cannot accommodate late Check-outs for any reason.
Refundable Security Deposit: $1,500.00 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: $250.00
Entire payment is due by check, credit card or bank wire within 60 days prior to your arrival.
This property requires a 4 night minimum stay. If a rental is taken for less than 4 days, the guest will be charged the four-night rate. A 5 night minimum stay may be required during peak and holiday seasons.
Rates include a one-time linen/towel setup. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.
Rates subject to change without notice until your reservation is confirmed. -
An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate plus cleaning is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the house rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s check, bank money order, cashiers check, wire transfer or personal check payable to Mary Smith. The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
Damage/Reservation Deposits- A reservation deposit of $1,500 is required. This must be received by credit card within 24 hours of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided all contractual obligations are met.

- The custom tiled floor of the Lower Bathroom offers a full shower with his-and-her sinks framed by a two large mirrors. The Upper Bathroom has retained an authentic 50’s interior complete with the retro-blue sink, toilet, bathtub and shower! Tying the quaint color-scheme together is a beautiful oil painting created just for this home. Brushed-aluminum wall-table and matching mirror round out the room.

- Every room has a dresser, mirror, ceiling fan and closet (some of which are beautiful cedar). The Gold Room and Birds-Eye Bedroom both have 32-inch televisions with DVD players. The round room is usually our guest’s favorite as it resides in the mansion’s half-circular tower above the dining room. The Burgundy Room will welcome you with its warm red interior and king size bed - the walls feature custom oil paintings created just for this home. Our Gold Room faces Mount Helena to the east. The separate but attached workout room has a magnificent view of Mount Helena. Last but certainly not least, is the full-length, Birds Eye Bedroom. Blessed with the bird’s-eye view of Helena and the surrounding valley, the room has two twin beds as well as one king-sized.

The showcase of our home is a beautiful wooden staircase featuring some of the most beautiful oak woodwork in Helena, Montana. Our historic mansion has been the home of Montana State Legislators, physicians and early miners who made their fortunes in gold. Our research on the home indicates that the builder of Helena's Little Mansion is indeed the same builder who built the locally-famed Broadwater Hot Springs and Resort. Great Divide Mountain is 20 miles away. $30 weekend and holiday rates with $20 weekday rates, the ski resort offers more than 60 runs, half of them for the advanced skier, the others suitable for the entire family. Great Divide offers horseback riding adventures during the summer months. Cross country skiers can enjoy many different trails in the Helena area, including four groomed loop trails at MacDonald Pass and Stemple Pass.
