Helena's Little Mansion History:
Built in 1885, Helena's Little Mansion has a proud and storied history. The showcase of our home is a beautiful wooden staircase featuring some of the most beautiful oak woodwork in Helena, Montana.
Our historic mansion has been the home of Montana State Legislators, physicians and early miners who made their fortunes in gold. Our research on the home indicates that the builder of Helena's Little Mansion is indeed the same builder who built the locally-famed Broadwater Hot Springs and Resort.
Great Divide Mountain is 20 miles away. $30 weekend and holiday rates with $20 weekday rates, the ski resort offers more than 60 runs, half of them for the advanced skier, the others suitable for the entire family. Great Divide offers horseback riding adventures during the summer months.
Cross country skiers can enjoy many different trails in the Helena area, including four groomed loop trails at MacDonald Pass and Stemple Pass.
