Large master loft bedroom overlooks the great room and has private upper deck. 6 person hot tub on large wrap around deck, BBQ grill, patio furniture. 8' pool table, log accents throughout. Full kitchen/DW/micro. Built 2004 w/ large prowfront windows. This cabin is secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac on top of a knoll with fantastic views from the Great room, Loft & Deck of the Sangre de Cristo, Collegiate and Pikes Peak mountain ranges, Mount Pisgah included. Tastefully decorated throughout, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings. Romantic get away for two or four. Enjoy the gas fire place with a good book, or stargaze in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Cripple Creek historic district with gambling/restaurants, Arkansas river rafting, hiking national forests, nearby ski areas.

  • Cleaning fee-$80.00 fee with $40.00 refundable, provided cabin is left clean per rental agreement or guest may choose to have cleaning provided and relinquish full $80 cleaning fee.

    Damage/Reservation Deposit- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon guest arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided rental contract provisions are met. Payment accepted by Mastercard/Visa only.

I can't say enough good things about this area, cabin, and the owner. The cabin was absolutely awesome, clean, well-maintained and cozy. The owner went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed (directions, stuff to do, etc.) Description was entirely accurate. We enjoyed ATV'ing, white water rafting, all within an easy drive from the cabin. Nearest town is Cripple Creek (5 miles). We will be coming back every year - and bringing friends next time too! Thanks!

A real delight!!

My husband and I just returned from Mountain Dream. It was a delightful place for our little retreat and celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. The cabin is clean, up-to-date, warm and cozy, well-appointed with tremendous views. It was close enough to Cripple Creek to be able to enjoy those amenities, but not so close that you couldn't feel the seclusion, and enjoy the peace and quiet. We just didn't want to leave. We went for walks, we played some pool down in the basement and although they had a nice hot tub with water ready and waiting for some tired bones to soothe, we didn't use it. They supply just about anything you could need. We will definitely be looking for a return trip. Also we would recommend Maggie's Restaurant in Cripple Creek. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a grocery in town that is also quite good in carrying a wide variety of items.
We'd highly recommend Mountain Dream for your special get away.

My husband and I wanted to "get away" and we did just that!!! This cabin was everything we hoped for..and more. The scenery was breathtaking and the cabin was cozy. We had a little difficulty finding it...but once we did, we quickly found our way around the Cripple Creek and the Colorado Springs area. We would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to have a fantastic view of the mountains and easy access to local attractions. We came back every evening and watched the sunset and enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you Mike....we will be back and will also recommend this cabin to friends and family.

My only concern is the access for individuals in wheelchairs. We would love to have our grandson see the mountain view but would have difficulty getting him into the cabin.

We loved the experience!!!

What a lovely house! The pictures do not do it justice. The stars are great to look at. We couldn't believe how many of them there are.
