Bright's Creek Information:
Whether you’re an avid golfer, equestrian, marksman, nature lover or have another avocation, there should be something here to please you and your family. You really have to see it for yourself to get a true picture of the vision and the beauty of it all. Bright’s Creek is an exclusive development and club. The property ranges in elevation from 1,000 to 3,200 feet. All of Bright’s Creek will allow you to be as in touch or as scheduled as you prefer, because it is one of the few fiber-to-fiber developments in the country. So, you’ll enjoy high-speed Internet, free local phone service, over 250 channels of video and video on demand, and in home conferencing. There is also public water, sewer and natural gas to every home site and all utilities will be underground, so as not to obstruct the beautiful views.
The entire community is gated. The wide streets throughout the development will be maintained by the club, so snow or natural occurrences will not be a problem.
Bright's Creek Golf:
The renowned course designer, Tom Fazio, says, “People are going to ooh and aah and talk about how great it is. And to some degree, we’re going to be given much more credit than we deserve, because obviously, we didn’t create the land. We were just blessed with having a great piece of land to work with.”
Mr. Fazio created a 19-hole course that provides breathtaking views surrounding every hole. Members say that the golf course looks as though it has always been here, and that the mountains were built around it. The course measures 7,435 yards from the championship tees, plus the par-3 19th “Hog” Hole. And because Bright’s Creek is in an isothermal area, which keeps temperatures mild, you can play golf year round.
There is not a “signature hole” according to Mr. Fazio, who during the last two decades has been the most decorated golf course designer n the world. Rather, Bright’s Creek is a “signature course”, because no two golfers may agree on which hole is their favorite.
