This beautiful apartment has 3 bedrooms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, dining and family room. The location offers the best ocean view in the area. Facilities have 3 pools (One boat shape, Infinity edge with jacuzzi & water slide that kids love) . Walking trail, playground, exercise/gym room with sauna, clubhouse, basketball/ tennis court. Spacious & comfortable balcony with spectacular view of Palominos & Culebra islands. Villa Marina is across the street where a wide range of sailboat and catamarans charters are available to take you on daily trips to the cays for snorkeling or diving (all included lunch, piñas coladas, beer, music & snorkeling equipment) Playa Seven Seas is a beautiful sandy beach, calm, warm & uncrowded.

Our Pena Mar Ocean apartment location offers the best ocean view in the area. We are across the street from the local fisherman's village where you can get the catch of the day. If you prefer you can have lunch at the typical Kioskos, where you can eat the greatest 'domplines' or also you can have dinner at the Croaba's seafood restaurants, that is just at 4 minutes in car from Pena Mar Ocean Club.

Beautiful condo..couldn't get better

I'm writing a review for our group of 8 adults 2 small children. I cannot rave more about this beautiful condo. It is like you're walking into your very own home away from home. Unfortunately my family was not the first to arrive and so were not fortunate to meet Yolanda personally but the four that did said that she was like a longtime friend welcoming you to enjoy her home. The condo, like others have posted, was very clean & stocked with almost everything you could possibly want (bring a hair dryer if you need one)...we restocked the fridge when we were about to leave and I think that's the common courtesy that everyone does...at least with the unopened items that you use. We could NOT have lived without the use of the washer and dryer. Thank goodness for this. Also, like previous posters had said, the linens are very soft and there was also some toys for the children for the beach in the closet.

The pools were fabulous. The pool slide was tons of fun for older children & kids at heart. We preferred Luquillo beach over Seven Seas Beach...the beach just seemed cleaner. We would've loved to have gone to Culebra/Palamino Island but the weather wasn't agreeing with us and there's just not enough time to do everything in a short period of time. We also hiked in the El Yunque Rainforest which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The pictures supplied on here are very accurate although I found the comforters to be upgraded since these pictures were taken.

I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for someplace to stay that isn't looking to be waited on hand and foot and wants an atmosphere that feels like a home.

Wonderful condo and pools

My husband and I and our two kids stayed here and loved all three pools. One pool has a slide, one is like a beautiful oasis and the other is smaller which is good for smaller kids. The condo was fully furnished with very comfortable beds and nice furniture. My kids made a fort out of the bunk beds. Yolanda provides all the toilet paper and even the shampoo. The towels and comforters were very soft. She welcomed us with open arms and even bought us a watermelon! The view from the balcony was great! We went to several beaches close by but by far the best beach was Flamenco Beach out on Culebra Island. The sand was so white and very beautiful. We also found a good snorkeling beach on Culebra to the left of Flamenco beach. We flew on a small plane with Air Flamenco to get to Culebra and enjoyed the quick flight. We did the bio bay kayak tour in Fajardo with Kayaking Puerto Rico and loved it!

The property was far better that we expected. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the balcony was amazing, you could see Vieques, Culebra and Palomino. At that height you did not need A/C, just leave the windows and the glass door open will refresh the apartment.More than enough silverware, towels, toilet paper, cream, soap and thanks for the wine and other things. We definitely come back and recommended to all my friends. Yolanda and Miguel always available to answer all our concerns and very informative about Restaurants and point of interest. Thanks for make our stay easy and pleasant. Remy & Rose

Comfortable, classy condo with great views

My husband and I, aunt, and girlfriend stayed in this wonderful condo for a week in mid-January. Yolanda and Miguel are so helpful with information on places of interest and restaurant recommendations in the Fajardo area. The condo is appointed with everything one could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo complex is secure, the pools are beautiful and uncrowded. Cable TV, internet access and audio sound system also.

The El Conquistador Hotel Resort is just down the road. We went there 3 nights to the casino. During the day we visited the Sevens Seas Beach, took a 30 minute hike from Sevens Seas Beach to a secluded beach called Playa Colora, visted the rain forest, the Las Cabezas nature preserve, took a day trip to Bacardi and old San Juan, and another day trip to Vieques. All of these locations are easily accessable from Fajardo.

Would have liked to stay longer and kayaked on the phosphorescent bay, stayed over night on Vieques, and visited Culebra. Plus there is the rest of Puerto Rico to visit!

I will highly recommend this condo to my friends and anyone else who wants to visit Puerto Rico.

All the amenities and I mean all: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash & soap, laundry & dish detergent, towels, washer/dryer, cooler & more. Plenty of room & there were 6 of us. Beautifully furnished, fabulous view with large balcony. Conveniently located to many attractions, adventures, beaches, restaurants & shopping. Easy to find your way around. Everyone was very helpful. Yolanda & Miguel were terrific. Greeted us w/wine & creamy Dove chocolates. I won't do vacations any other way from now on. We all loved it!
