Less than one block from the beach, with access to the private residence beach. Views of the pool and residence beach from the screened in lanai. Enjoy lifetime memories from your balcony. Collect shells in the warm waters of the crescent shaped beach-lagoon adjacent to your vacation home. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed. The guest bedroom has one queen and one twin bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The Sands of Marco has a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Parking is included. The unit is professionally maintained by a local property management company.
