This beautiful and spacious dog friendly beach house is located at #21 27th avenue, on Isle of Palms, SC just 3 blocks from the beach. It has a huge kitchen and open floor plan, Sunroom, and back porch for grilling. The Master bedroom is spacious and has attached master bath. 3 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 upstairs. Your family and pets will love it. 42 inch flat screen with DVD player. House is turn Key with linens and all kitchen appliances. The Dog Park and Recreation Center are across the street from the house, Tennis, Basketball, Softball, and Soccer fields are all just a short walk away. If you love to play, you will love this location. Rental rates include all taxes, which is not generally the case.

This is a great family and pet house, it is close the the beach, restaurants, fishing, golf, tennis, everything a family needs to have a great vacation. a golf cart is included and makes for easy beach trips. Fully fenced yard, for kids and pets. Beautiful sun room, and back deck for grilling.

Nice House

This house is perfect for a family with children. Great yard and lots of space. The pictures do a great job of showing the house. We stayed here for a wedding in Charleston. Not a bad drive to downtown. We will defiantly stay here again..

Great Vacation House!

We spent a week in Daniel and Joy's rental property and had one of the best vacations to date! The house is set up perfectly for a family vacation...there were 10 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It's open...with a great kitchen area for family breakfast, lunch, dinner and conversation. We never felt cramped...wide open feel with a fantastic sun room. The location is ideal with the beach down the street (including a golf cart which made the trip to the beach so enjoyable), Charleston 25 min. away...and plenty of shopping. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it felt like a home away from home. You will not regret this vacation spot!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Great Get-away!

A great get-away! I've rented a few vacation homes over the past few years, Daniel's home definitely rates the best. Tastefully decorated, very clean, a beautiful layout. The beach is great and offered hard-packed sand, great for my morning jogs. The park across the street is pristine, kids and I enjoyed playing tennis. Charleston was a short 20 minute ride, plenty of shopping and restaurants...bring good walking shoes. Overall, an A+ vacation. Looking forward to returning. Thanks Daniel!

COMFORTABLE HOUSE IN A GREAT LOCATION

Visiting the Charleston area for the first time. Beautiful! House is very comfortable and clean, large kitchen. We had so much fun in the yard and the park across the street. Yard is perfect for the dogs and the kids. Loved the swing in the front yard. Easy drive to Charleston and the walk/golf cart ride to the beach is FUN! Great neighborhood. Hope to visit again soon. Daniel was very easy to work with.

Fabulous Place to Stay!

We had a great week at this house. It's just a short walk from a beautiful beach. It has a warm and inviting gas fireplace. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs -very charming landscaping. The house is right across from a big park with basketball courts, etc. The beds were very comfortable. It is really a great place to rent!
