This beautiful and spacious dog friendly beach house is located at #21 27th avenue, on Isle of Palms, SC just 3 blocks from the beach. It has a huge kitchen and open floor plan, Sun room, and back porch. The Master bedroom is spacious and has attached master bath. 3 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 upstairs. Your family and pets will love it. 42 inch flat screen with DVD player. House is turn Key with linens and all kitchen appliances. The dog Park and Recreation Center are across the street from the house, Tennis, Basketball, Softball, and Soccer fields are all just a short walk away. If you love to play, you will love this location.

This is a great family and pet house, it is close the the beach, restaurants, fishing, golf, tennis, everything a family needs to have a great vacation. a golf cart is included and makes for easy beach trips. Fully fenced yard, for kids and pets. Beautiful sun room, and back deck for grilling.

This house is perfect for a family with children. Great yard and lots of space. The pictures do a great job of showing the house. We stayed here for a wedding in Charleston. Not a bad drive to downtown. We will defiantly stay here again..
Owner's Response: We are pleased you had a good visit, we love the island, and think it is the best place for kids and pets, the adults seem to enjoy it as well.. Please come visit again. there is a lot to do that you may have missed. Golf, Fishing,
goofing off.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! Everything was perfect, from the big comfortable rooms to the close proximity to the beach. The yard was perfect for relaxing in the evenings and allowing the dogs to play. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks again!

Great vacation home!

This is a great family vacation home. The house was very clean inside and out with beautiful landscaping and plenty of room to lounge around. The furnishings are fabulous, with the most comfortable beds you've ever laid your head on! It's an easy walk to the beach, but the golf cart takes away the hassle of carrying chairs and other necessities back and forth. Daniel is a great guy, easy to work with and will ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. I would recommend this property to anyone! We will certainly return!

Great for Pets and for Toddlers, Near Awesome Park

This house is great for an easy vacation with pets and with kids. Most of the space is on the ground level for easy unpacking and for moving around. The house is neat and is decorated nicely with bright colors and stylish furnishings. It comes fully furnished with linens, cleaning supplies, a piano and even dog beds. We just had to bring ourselves. We loved the location directly across from the awesome recreation center with outdoor kids park and a dog park. The golf cart was fun and was easy for beach access. This is a good choice for a fun vacation.
