The open floor plan of the second-floor living area includes a recently renovated kitchen (with dishwasher, of course) and new powder room. The great room opens onto the second-level front deck overlooking the beautiful Surf City Bay Beach. Enjoy watching the activity on the beach and the bay, where the Surf City Yacht Club members practice their sailing maneuvers and large and small boats cruise the inland waterway.
Perfect for a single- or multi-family vacation, the first floor consists of three bedrooms, a laundry closet with double-decker washer/dryer combo, and a newly renovated bathroom with tub/shower. The largest of the bedrooms boasts a queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms offer 2 twin beds each, all with roomy closets. And don’t miss the spacious private outdoor shower.
From the house, it’s just a short walk to the ocean beach, Callahan’s Restaurant, Pub and Liquor Store, Surf City Hotel, the famous Surf City 5 and 10, and two miniature golf courses, among other restaurants and attractions.

We chose to buy in Surf City because we have been vacationing in Surf City for years (John and I since we were children).
We enjoy the sunsets from the deck the most. The view of the bay provides hours of entertainment with boaters, sailboat races, and swimmers at the bay beach. We also enjoy the proximity of the Bay Beach and late afternoon dips in the bay.
Great property overlooking the bayside. Very clean and well maintained home. Very spacious and bedrooms are on separate floor as the entertaining space so adults don't have to worry much about waking up children. Outdoor shower is a great feature if this home and never tracked sand inside from the seeminglh private beach directly across the street. The Atlantic beach side is also a short distance away for a second option (with a nice ice cream shop along the way). My family and I had a great time in this home and plan to go back!
This is a clean well-maintained property stocked with good quality kitchenware, and comfortable furniture. Everything was as-advertised and the owner was available and willing to answer my questions. I'd definitely rent this property again. My guests were delighted and my fiancée and I will always remember this trip. The only problem was the traffic on this corner can sometimes make getting out of the parking spaces a bit of a challenge.
The house was immaculate, with everything a family would need for a week vacation. The owner was excellent with information on the house. We had a terrific time there and would certainly go back. We have been going to LBI since the late seventies and this property is one of the best we have had. Mesmerizing waterviews, I can stil see in my mind's eye.
The house is located directly across from the bay beach, and 4 blocks from the ocean beach. There are numerous shops, delis, restaurant/bars, and miniature golf courses within a short walk (5 minutes) of the house. Tennis courts, a library, and playgrounds are also nearby. We love to ride bikes around the area! There are various places along the bay available for jetski, kayak, and other watersports rentals, and if you interested in fishing, there are plenty of trips that will take you out for a few hours or for the entire day. After all of the activity, dining, and beaching it, our favorite activity is enjoying a cocktail on the deck while watching the sunset!
