This delightful, modern villa is decorated with the island in mind. Spacious, bright, and a short walk to Hilton Head's beautiful beach. Our villa will put a smile on your face! Furnished with everything you would expect in a first-class property, it boasts bright spacious rooms, high ceilings with fans, new laminate flooring, renovated ceramic tile, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a new stove and granite countertops surrounded by a serving bar and stools. The living room offers a new queen-size sleeper sofa, tray ceiling with fan, wet bar with granite countertop, and large screen TV equipped with cable/HBO and DVD/VCR. The master bedroom has a new king bed, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, and the adjoining master bath has a cultured marble jacuzzi tub, double sinks and separate shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, a walkout private balcony, and a large bath complete with jetted tub, shower, and double sinks.

In just 5 minutes, you'll be swimming, sunbathing or biking on twelve miles of sandy beach or enjoying the convenience of two swimming pools. Bike, walk or roller blade on miles of shady, tree-lined paths. Riding Tigers Bike Rentals is offering discounts to our guests. They recommend booking two weeks prior to arrival during the summer. Three championship golf courses and the luxurious Westin Hotel are both minutes away. If you like day trips, visit the charming Low Country cities of Savannah (40 minutes), Charleston (120 minutes), and Beaufort (30 minutes). But you won't have to leave the island to find plenty of shopping and fine restaurants. Welcome to our Hilton Head home!
