Downtown condo that's offers you style and comfort! Very enlightened and offering a superb skyline view of Montreal, this splendid downtown condo on the 15th floor of a quiet new building . It is very well equipped, furnished with taste and gives additional access without extra cost to a Jacuzzi, an interior swimming pool, a small gym and an interior heated parking. Very close to highways and is one block away from the Bell Center and Lucien-Lallier subway station, it is also walking distance from Crescent and Ste-Catherine streets and the Old Montreal. Very close to the building there is a convenience store and copy centre with a UPS counter and a dry clean. An external skating rink is even accessible during the winter months!! Ideally located in the middle of the heart of the business district and the tourist attractions, it is perfect for professionals on a business trip or tourists eager to discover the “Joie de vivre” of Montreal’s life.

This place was a really good experience, it's tastefully furnished and has lots to offer. the master bedroom is connected to the bathroom which is always a nice feature to have and the second bedroom is on the other side of the appartment. the appartment came equipped with everything we needed, even including some food! The appartment has a broadband wifi connection which comes at no extra cost as it's included in the rental price.

The location is also very good and offers a great view of downtown Montreal and the Bell Centre which is in very close reach. Montreal's main shopping street St. Catherine is only a few blocks away, roughly 10mins by foot. There are also a few Metro stations close by which connect you to the Montreal underground system.

The owner of the appartment is very helpful and even let us use his storage for the day after we vacated the appartment.

Overall we had a great stay in this appartment on the 15th floor and would recommend it anytime.
