Located directly on the 3rd hole and 4th tee/fairway at Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club, a beautiful, quiet, newer neighborhood just minutes from the beach, and a short walk to 2 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, & a tennis court. The interior is clean and spacious, w/ cathedral ceilings in the living room. Special amenities not found in most hotels or condos include: 42' LCD HDTV, Hi-Fi DVD/CD/VCR player, DVDs, FM stereo receiver w/iPod charger, XBOX video game system w/ games, digital cable, 30 minutes free long distance, computer w/ printer/fax/copier/ scanner, free internet and Wi-Fi, 2 tennis racquet's and balls, full-size kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, dinnerware, bake ware, etc., 2 full baths w/ hair-dryer, shampoo, towels, & soap, 20' LCD TV/DVD in the master bedroom, & a screened porch.   • All of the mattresses very comfortable, and supportive, unlike many hotels and rental properties. We want our guests to feel well-rested and relaxed during their stay, and feel as if this is this condo is their second home! The 3 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6 people. But, there is also a large sectional sofa with a chaise lounger in the living room, which could possibly sleep an additional one adult or child. Frankly, this couch would probably be just as comfortable as a pull-out sofa bed would be. The 2 Twin beds in one of the bedrooms are an extra-long length of 80 inches, the same length as a Queen, so it is large enough for adults to sleep on. Each bedroom has a large dresser and a large closet. A foldable, portable baby crib is stored under the king bed that can be placed in any room, and it is not included in the 6 person sleep count.

Notes: Every room has a great pond view. Dogs or cats are allowed, but only with prior approval by the condo owner. No smoking allowed inside the condo. A free washer/dryer inside the condo, & washing powders are provided. An ironing board, a steam iron, and extra blankets are provided. An office area is provided including a desktop computer w/ free high-speed Internet, a color multifunction printer/fax machine, and a cordless phone. A full digital cable package w/ movie and digital music channels is provided on both TVs. Two community outdoor charcoal grills are available. For additional fees, you can play golf year round at any of the 3 courses at Sandpiper Bay Golf Course & Country Club (where this condo is located). Or, there are nearly 100 other golf courses within 45 minutes of the condo, a few are only five minutes away. We will provide you with a booklet of some local restaurants, attractions, and entertainment.

This villa is on the top (2nd) floor of a two-story building, which provides a quieter stay (no foot traffic overhead!), more privacy, clearer views of the golf course and ponds, and higher ceilings, when compared to 1st floor villas.

Home Away's website was bang on!!! This condo was absolutely beautiful. It is kept spotless, so very clean! Very modern , with all the ammenities you could ask for. Close to grocery shopping, great restaurants, the beach and a short drive to Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation. And the price was right too! The owner is great to deal with when setting up your stay and provides great info, not only on the property but the Sunset beach area as well. I was very happy and will be looking to return next year!
