Great Rental for a Great Value

My stay at the Grand Key was excellent. My rental agent was great and even worked with me on the pricing. I requested an air mattress and one was brought up right away. The condo was nicely furnitured and the kitchen is updated. My only cons would be the steps. The condo is on the third floor and the steps are a killer. Not typical third floor steps. I'm talking.. a stroller would be impossible and it's not handicap friendly at all. The building is pretty far from the pool and fitness center. Too far to walk with small children. These are the only two things that I would change. I would definitely stay here again. Very Nice!

Great condo, large and clean!!

If you are staying in this area (especially if you need to be close to MacDill AFB), this is a great place to stay. It is close to the parkway that takes you right into downtown (which, is beautiful and clean). The condo (1 bedroom/1bath) was very large and spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. It has a full size kitchen and washer & dryer. The pool area is 'resort' style, and the clubhouse has a great home theater room. The community is gated and safe, there are lots of stores close by (Target, Walmart, Publix, Blockbuster, etc), and it's a short ride to all the beaches. Would definitely stay here again. If you have a pet, this is the perfect place..they have 'pet designated areas' on the property, including clean up bags posted in various locations. This was less than staying at a cramped hotel (even with a gov't rate), and much more comfortable for a weeks stay. Also, if you rent this particular condo, the rental agents are SO nice, helpful, and accommodating!!!
