This oceanfront condo is on the upper level (2nd floor) with open loft which is 3rd bedroom, 3 bathrooms, modern appliances including w/d, air conditioned. Balcony with spectacular beach/ocean view has BBQ, glass table, 4 large 2 small table chairs. Swimming pool at doorstep, tennis court on property. Only 16 units in complex. Completely renovated in 2000. Car not necessary- there are bicycles and golf carts for rent close by. Master bedroom has queen bed and ensuite bath, downstairs bedroom has twin beds and cross hall bath, loft has twin beds and full bath. Two cots plus large pullout living room sofa allow for up to 10 people.

Do as little as you want or as much as you want. Royal Poinciana is not only an amazing property but it also an amazing setting. Royal Poinciana is located on Treasure Cay Beach which is 3 to 4 miles of the most pristine beach front you can find anywhere in the world. The condo provides a great view of the beach and provides all the amenities you require to make your vacation a complete success. You're surrounded by great diving, sailing, fishing, championship golf, and a ring of fabulous outer islands which can be reached by ferry or boat rental. Or just lay back and enjoy the on-site tennis and pool, or the local island mall, marina, and restaurants. This is just an amazing place to re-energize.

Fabulous, long, white sand beach, turquoise, warm water. Perfect for walking, sunning, swimming. The area is mostly private homes so the beach is pristine with few people.
Th condo itself is bright and comfortable, very clean with all the amenities. This place is the ultimate for relaxing and getting away from it all.
