LUXURY IN LUQUILLO I, 13TH FLOOR WITH OCEAN FRONT!

This condo and its location is a wonderful opportunity for anyone wanting a wonderful Puerto Rico experience with all the fun (great food and sightseeing, location, quiet beaches) and without the downsides (traffic, noise, crime). The rainforest is minutes away, San Juan is an easy 30-minute drive sign up for the autopista [expressway] automatic tolls if you're smart!). If you love great pork, don't miss the "pork highway", or Ruta del Lechón. To get here, take Highway 52 south to exit 33 (Guavate). Turn left and head up Rd 184. Check your Fodors or Bizarre Foods or No Reservations for more info! The condo is large, spacious and clean, with everything you might need for your stay. Plenty of paper products, little essentials and vacation extras right in the hall closets! The free breeze is breathtaking and you'll hardly need any AC for the rooms. The lobby is an easy in/easy out propositon with safe secure parking and friendly staff. The pool is great and if you aren't out at night the beach is an easy walk right down at your footsteps with miles of clean virgin sand for your hungry toes! The owner provides info and directions to have you loading your cooler on the cheap at Econo and Amigo and getting what you forgot next door at WalMart. Better yet, his excellent restaurant advice is added to make your vacation a personal experience. We enjoyed the #2 kiosk, "La Parilla", Mojitos in Old Town San Juan, Bacardi Rum Factory, and Lolitas in super-close Fajardo. I recommend Fodor's or Lonely Planet travel guides for a great DIY trip, you don't need guides here in PR. You would be hard-pressed to find a better location for the price. We have been to the Carribbean before and are careful shoppers, this property meets all our expectations! When we return to Puerto Rico, this property will be our choice of "home away from home"! Everyone we we met was friendly and were great at representating their island, and will win you over for Puerto Rico as a return Vacation Destination!

Luxury in Luquillo was a great experience complete with an amazing ocean view. The condo has been well maintained and possesses all the necessities. I would stay there again. Puerto Rico overall is a must place to visit.

Loved this place, and hated to leave on the last day! After settling in, we spend a day at nearby Monserrate Beach in Luquillo -- a full services beach with rest rooms, chaise lounges for rent, full snack bar with pina coladas, lifeguards, folks selling ice cream on the beach, nearby restaurant kiosks with an array of excellent food -- what's not to love I ask you! Took a snorkel excursion to Culebra with the family. Took a kayak trip to see the monkeys on Cayo Santiago, and also saw a sea turtle and the worlds largest puffer fish while snorkeling over a sunken barge. Went to Ponce and fed the pelicans, terns and tarpon on the boardwalk. PR has so much to offer, we come back year after year, and this condo is the perfect springboard for all activities. Great sheets and mattresses, internet access for my laptop, a beautiful undeveloped beach to explore and bodysurf from. Great people to work with. Thanks so much! This vacation will clear all thoughts of work from your head on day 1.
