The property also has RV access with full hookups for you to rent out or have your friends come and visit you with their RV.

Ten minutes from downtown Yuma with Golf and other amenities nearby. The home is completely furnished with all linens, dishes and cooking utensils.

I am very pleased with this rental property. The property managers have been awesome and came right down when I experienced a problem with the heat. The property is immaculate and I would definitely like to rent it again. It is a fabulous home away form home.

EVERYTHING EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED -- GREAT PLACE

This property is well maintained, has everything a person requires for a stay & then some. Spacious for two or even four people. The neighborhood is very quiet & surrounding properties are well maintained. Great place for walking. Close to shopping malls.
Literally bring your toothbrush & groceries & you lack nothing. The owner is very easy to deal with, the price is reasonable & the property manager is super.
Will stay there again next time we vacation in Yuma.

More Lovely Than I Expected

I spent from May 23 - June 2nd 2011 in this adorable little house. It IS everything as described and more. You will enjoy the comfort provided both inside and out. The Caretakers are wonderfully informative. Honestly, don't bring a thing other than your personal belongings. This place has it all! I loved it. Thank you!

The place quaint and the owners very easy to deal with. The location was good. Close to Walmart and Golf and easy access to the highway. Worked out perfect while I was looking for my own place to buy. I would recommend without a doubt.

Yuma Rental Home ( Keymer)

House was everything described, only thing you would need to bring is your toothbrush (fully furnished) even a modem for your laptop. Laurie and Hector managers on site were wonderful and would help anyway they could if needed. Close to everything (restaurants, grocery store, etc). Wal Mart is only 3 or 4 miles west on Frontage Road (W) and Flea Market just another few miles further on intersection (4 E). We defiantly would rent there again.
