Brand new complex as of 2007.
In my opinion the location is perfect. A two minute stroll to Mamitas or Tukan beach and two minute stroll the other way to 5th Ave.
The condo is well appointed and is decorated beautifully. Bring some dvd’s to enjoy on the big screen tv. The roof top patio and hot tub have incredible views.
The condo is in the Italian quarter on the "new" end of 5th Ave. Playa Del Carmen is growing fast but the beaches and town are still wonderful. An added bonus is the Italian restaurant across the street from the condo is fabulous – get take out and “picnic” on the roof top patio!
