Home description: Bring your boat to this beautiful, renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront ranch offering gorgeous water views of Child's River and its own Deep Water Dock which accommodates 40ft +/- boat and has power & water. Relax on the deck as you watch boats pass by or bring your own boat and buzz over to Martha's Vineyard, do some ocean fishing or enjoy nearby Washburn Island beaches. The Child's River/Washburn Island area is also ideal for canoeing or kayaking. The first floor of this home features an open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen and living area, both with hardwood floors and a slider leading out to the huge deck - perfect for outdoor dining/relaxing and enjoying the water views. The deck features a retractable awning, plenty of seating and a large, stainless steel grill. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Cathedral ceiling, built-ins and gas fireplace in the living room. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood on a dirt road.

Bedroom information: First floor master bedroom (king bed)has a huge walk-in closet and en suite bath with double vanity and jacuzzi tub. Newly refinished lower level has 2 large, sunny bedrooms and a TV room with kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed and crib while the other has two sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Both have sliders leading out to the water.

Dock information: **The dock is a private dock, but we, the owners, may occasionally keep our own boat in one of the side spaces. Renters will have the end space (on the float) which is easiest for docking and can accommodate larger boats.

Very comfortable, very easy access to Waquoit and Vineyard Sound by water. Good three boat dock, with fresh water washdown.

The place has all the comforts of home. I'm renting it again! We nailed the Stripers and Blues
