Island Luxury~home away from home at Sapphire Village, 5 Star Reviews

I can't say enough good things about Jeff and Linda! My boyfriend and I were making our first trip to St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands & we had many questions; with the many emails I sent with all the silly questions, they didn't hesitate to answer right away. If you rent this condo, & have Jeff and Linda as your wealth of knowledge, you will not be going away hesitant.

The condo was great. Well stocked with all the essentials & more & not to mention very clean! We ended up going to Food Center our first morning (took a local Red Hook taxi and asked him to come back for us in a 1/2 hour) & got all of the breakfast essentials, snacks, a few dinners & a few lunches. They also sold liquor, so we stocked up on that too. Having the kitchen in the condo was great since we were able to cook some of our own meals & save money. The balcony was our favorite part. It overlooked Sapphire Beach Marina and St. John. The view was incredible and we overly enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony.

We ended up liking Sapphire Beach the most! I don't know if we were biased because it was "our" beach for the week, but it was perfect. There are also 2 pools that we could use & the Sapphire Grill was not bad when we needed a quick, easy meal. We ate there our first night as we didn't get in until the nighttime. We also visited Magens Bay & Coki Beach on St. Thomas. Both had great Rum Punches!

We went to Havensight, took the skyride to the top (Paradise Point) & saw the great views of downtown Charlotte Amalie & did some shopping in Charlotte Amalie as well. Paradise Point is known for their bushwackers! We took a ferry (from Red Hook) to St. John & went to Trunk Bay (bluest water I have ever seen) & had a drink at Woodys. Took the New Horizons day charter (from Sapphire Marina) to the BVIs - The Baths at Virgin Gorda, lunch on Marina Cay, snorkeling & had the famous Pain Killer on Jost Van Dyke; One of the highlights of the trip.

The condo is conveniently located a quick taxi (or car ride) away from Red Hook. Awesome little town, safe to walk around at night & great food. We were so happy with the location. Ate at Molly Malones, Island Time Pub, Duffy's Love Shack, etc.

We did not rent a car, we took local taxis or open-air taxis and don't regret it at all. Very convenient.

I would highly recommend this property. Also, it was Christmas time when we went & the Islands were decorated which I loved! We hope to get back soon!

From the start, Jeff was great to work with for our honeymoon. We had to make a couple itinerary changes and Jeff was just so nice to work with. We had contacted several owners for our stay and Jeff was the first to respond and quick to respond to any questions. I've stayed at other condos before and this by far was in the top 3 for ease. We even had a scare that our flight home may have been changed due to "Superstorm Sandy" and Jeff was proactive in contacting us about what we could to if it was.

We had originally planned on going on a cruise for our honeymoon, I'm glad we didn't. For less than the price of the five-day cruise we wanted to go on, we were able to enjoy Jeff's & Linda's condo for almost 10 days. My husband & I were able to enjoy our own schedule instead of trying to rush around and do everything in a few hours, including just a day snorkeling with the turtles & relaxing on beautiful Sapphire Beach.

This is such a convenient location for visiting the island, just a quick bus ride to Red Hook for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and some shopping. The Safari Buses go by all the time during the day and we didn't regret not renting a car; they were actually a nice way to see some of the island and talk to other visitors and locals. We defiantly can't wait to go back to this beautiful paradise! We have already recommend to some of our friends thinking about a vacation.

Everything about our stay here in this rental was excellent. EVERYTHING

Right from the beginning, Jeff was very quick to respond to my inquiries, making scheduling our stay a breeze.

The location is excellent, a very short walk to an amazing beach and a quarter mile to the ferry dock if you'd like to visit St. John or Tortola.

As hosts, Jeff and Linda have thought of everything to make visitors feel welcome. There are brochures about everything on St. Thomas and the neighboring islands.

I recommend this rental 100%.
Our stay was fabulous, couldn't have asked for a better time.
