This 'new' 1500 sq. Ft. Condo with scenic gulf views is a perfect vacation get-a-way! The unit located on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the beach can accommodate 6 people. Furnishings include queen sized beds in both bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a private heated pool and Jacuzzi, covered parking, gas grill and elevator. Entertainment equipment includes 2 Tvs (cable), DVD, VCR, and stereo system. Other amenities include microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, granite counter tops, coffeemaker, cooking utensils and linens,wireless internet Beautiful stretch of sandy beach with fabulous sunsets and peaceful walks on the beach. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities are within walking distance. Transportation by beach trolley is available nearby. Day trips to Disney world attractions, Busch gardens, Salvador Dali museum, devil rays field , historic Ybor city (Arturo Fuentes and other fine cigars), channel side district. No pets.No smoking

This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to fine restaurants, boutiques, shops, parks, pubs and live music entertainment. The area is condusive to a relaxing atmosphere as well as a fun-filled experience. You can view gorgeous sunsets while searching for shells and enjoy the activity of the surf from dawn to dusk. Just 15 minutes away, you can take a sunset cruise, go jet-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, boating, fishing or sailing the Gulf of Mexico. Other nearby beaches can also provide you with a different experience and are within driving distance as well.

This is a great location. Quiet beach. Walking distance to some restaurants. Really liked Guppy's place. Wonderful food...but make reservations. This is a large condo, with ample room for 4 or 6 people.
Weather could have been better, but can't control that!

Clean, afordable, and very easy transition.
Parking was good too.

I would recommend this to friends and hope to stay again sometime. Thanks Lori

What A Hidden Gem

We highly recommend this condo and building - one of the best we have stayed at in the Indian Rocks Beach area.

The condo is large, spacious, very well equipped - and the building is terrific with the pool and hot tub.

We went down with two kids in February - the first few days was cool, but with the heated pool and hot tub, the kids didn't miss a beat.

I can't recommend this unit highly enough - the transaction was smooth, the unit was very clean - it had everything promised. We've stayed in the Indian Rocks Beach area for 10 years now and we've found our newest favorite place.

This was the best vacation condo we could've ever had. Everything was perfect and beautiful. The locaton of the condo was alsom great. The area was not busy and it was relaxed. Perfect place to share with a group of friends. All and all it was better than home. Highly recommend and we will hopefully be back.

The condo was absolutely perfect. So clean. Even those little added touches. Plenty of room. Beautifully decorated and updated. Close to beach!
We hated to leave!
