Luxury townhouse located in Gwinnett County and loaded with upgrades. The townhouse features an open first floor level that lends itself to family social gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen is state of the art with upgraded appliances for the cook who enjoys working in a well planned kitchen. The dining room is decorated in a formal setting and is suitable for great family get-togethers. The living room has a fireplace that simulates a never ending flame and also blows out heat on cold winter nights. There is also a sun porch that allows for private television entertainment separate from the living room . The floors in the kitchen and dining area are ceramic title and the living room and sun porch are out fitted with natural hardwood floors. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and is decorated with high quality furniture, bedding and artwork. The master bath has a garden tub and walk in shower. The two remaining bedrooms have full sized beds.
