Pretty solid rental spot

I'll try to provide some solid information in regard to this rental unit, the owner, and the area. Upon arrival, there was a mixup with the owner about where the keys were located. So I had to call the owner and he arrived after a little while to help me get into the condo. Also communication with the owner was a little sparse during the arrangement of pre payment for the rental and signing papers etc. Other than that though everything else was all good. The unit looked like the pictures for the most part, the balcony view was nice and the kitchen worked well. The only slight issues with the unit is the bottom lock on door was kinda clunky to work with, but the deadbolt worked just fine which is what really matters. Also the shower didn't seem to produce hot water even after waiting for 5 minutes.
The good things about the condo is its located in a great location and the addition of the parking space is great too. There is free wifi downstairs on the lobby floor and there is an outdoor pool as well. 2 blocks outside the left of the unit you can find a 24/7 Walgreens and assorted restaurants. Additionally, you can view the beach behind the Stanford Marriott and walk there in under 4 minutes. The condo is about a 20 minute drive from the horse back riding, zip lining, atv riding at Campo Rico. It's about a 5 minute drive with lights from the major highway to get anywhere. Maybe a 10 minute drive from the heart of Old San Juan. So basically, it's close to everything. Also, the tv inside the room was nice and the A/C worked well.
Admist the small problems, if your an easy going person you will be able to enjoy Puerto Rico while staying at this rental. Jose was an easy going guy himself and that was good too.
