Description of the Emerald Island vacation villa rental
Graceland Villa is located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort which is the closest gated community to Disney (just 2 miles!) just off the the US 192. The villa is south facing and has an extended private heated pool and spa. The property is also on an oversized corner plot providing much privacy. The property benefits from having two floors so that you don't wake the kids up while you're enjoying the 50' Sony TV and surround system in the family room. The villa has a large games room with a pool table, air hockey and foosball. Let's not forget about the Playstation and supplied games. You have full use of a broadband computer and if you want to bring a Laptop, you can use a wireless connection that's provided. Emerald Island is the closest gated community to Emerald Island and is just 2 miles to Animal Kingdom and all of the Disney Parks. Most villas are located on the US 27 which is quite a drive to the parks. Our villa is located just off the US 192 which has a vast array of restaurants and shops.
