4BR/2BA/Sleeps 12 in beds and room for another 4 on couches and air beds.

Relax, fish and swim on your own private island. Located on a five-acre island in Lake Winter near Winter, Wisconsin... Sawyer County... Lake Winter is famous for its excellent Musky, Walleye and Bass fishing. The home comes completely furnished with all 'High End' furnishings. Sleeps 12 comfortably in beds and (if need be) up to four more on air mattresses and couches. Comes with its own private mainland parking lot and you travel approximately one-fourth mile by boat to the island home. Broker/Owned.. We do not accept credit cards..Email or call us to make your reservation..A deposit is required..No daily maid service..This is a non-smoking facility..

My wife Sharron and I built this island home in 2005. We have also owned a small Real Estate Co. in Winter, Wi for the past 35 years.

Notes

  • Max. (12) in beds..PEAK SEASON rates are $375/night or $2,500.00 per week for up to six people..Additional people over age 12 pay $30.00 per day..A boat is necessary as this is an island..You can bring your own boat or rent our 20 ft. Pontoon Boat for $125.00 per day or $700.00 per week.

    No maid service.
    Security deposit is required...
    No Smoking facility.
    We can sleep up to 16 people with 12 in beds and up to 4 additional people on sofas and air mattresses..
  • TWO OFF PEAK SEASONS: May 1 up to Mem. Week-end and then again right after Labor Day and up through Nov. 1st.. Weekly rate is reduced to $2,000.00 and daily rate reduced to $300.00 for up to six people..Additional people over age 12 pay $30.00 per day.. Pontoon boat rate is reduced to $75 per day or $500 per week during our 'off peak' seasons..
    Both our Spring and Fall Seasons are gorgeous and the rates are cheaper..Take advantage of our good fishing!!

Thanks for letting us stay on your private island, We had a blast. Everything was just as you said and then some,we miss it already . We enjoyed getting together with you, your family & friends at Dix's restaurant the food was great Everyone we have told about the house wants to go, some are planning a trip. We loved playing out in the lake with our dog she also had a great time and came back very tired. We will be back.
