My family of 6 stayed here 8-6 through 8-13. Judging by the photos of this property on this web site, I was wasn't expecting very much. & August availability on the calender for this property was wide open so I was a bit leery to book it. The price was right so I booked it anyway.

When we arrived at the property we were pleasantly surprised.
The photo's in this add don't do it justice. The property is immaculate. The condo is in excellent condition. Extremely clean, completely furnished & huge.

Lazy boy sofas seemed new & were very comfortable. Mother-in-law & Sister-in-law had their own rooms, Thank God (LOL). So this place was definitely large enough to accommodate 4 adults & two children with room to spare.

My favorite place was the balcony. The view of the bay was very cool. We saw a dolphin our 2nd day there. Condo even had the small extras that you don't think of until your actually there; Paper Towels, Clean Wipes,Toilet Paper, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent etc. & the kitchen is fully stocked with eating ware & utensils.

It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Cant understand why this place isn't completely booked its a Gem. Stop hesitating & book this place for your vacation, you will not be disappointed.

Great Place for any travler

We rented this property over the Christmas/New Years Holiday and it fitted the needs of two family's. Spacious, clean and all the amenities plus an Awesome view from the back balcony off the Master Suite and Living room. This unit is close to everything you need. Shopping, Dining and the Beach are just steps away. You can watch the sunset from the balcony off of the front of the building and watch it rise from the back. The Master Suite is huge. The other bedrooms are large as well and the additional futons make sleeping arrangements for children a breeze. Oh and the pool is heated and the kids loved it!! If you are headed to Clearwater and want a place that is centrally located and has all the amenities this place is for you!!
