Condo rental includes 1 free parking. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and central A/C. Great location..right on beach and near everything you might need. Small grocery store and every american restruant you will ever need. Expect a drive anywhere else you might need to go and crazy drivers!. ESJ Towers is very popular with time share individuals. I would give this a average to good rating since I am not a time share person.
Owner's Response: ESJ Towers is a hotel which sells timeshare units to individuals who love to return year after year. The majority of the rooms are owned and operated by the hotel, with a small percentage of condos that are privately owned. Staying at the ESJ Towers offers vacationers the luxury of all of the amenities of a hotel, with the comfort of staying in an apartment. If you happen to return year after year during the same dates, you will probably see some familiar faces (timeshare people). This can give vacationers the opportunity, if they so choose, to make lasting friendships. For the most part everyone is on vacation, just like any other hotel! Having a great time!!
