Newly remodeled Oceanview Condo decked out with the latest electronics and up grade furnishings This gorgeous condo is located across the street from Kamole One Beach Park which is the nicest location in Kihei. You can walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The complex has pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sauna and gas grills for the local catch. The condo is newly redecorated with quality furnishings and well equipped for the most discriminating vacationer. It boasts two oceanview lanais that you can see whales from when in season. Recent upgrades include: new king bed and mattress with Tommy Bahama style furnishings, newly remodeled bathrooms with granite counters and travertine tile, new living room furniture,42 inch plasma with Yamaha sound, two 26 inch LCD, ipod players in bedrooms. The loft contains a day bed, futon, desk with high speed internet and printer fax machine.

My husband and I loved this condo! We brought our youngest daughter, age 16 and her two best friends. The loft was their favorite "get away" for ipod, TV, laptop, girl time and sleeping for 3. They used the 2nd bedroom for changing and primping and a place to keep their clothes. The condo is roomy, comfortable and decorated to feel like home. The top floor with the vaulted ceilings is especially nice and the view from both lanais is wonderful. Great location especially for the girls to go to the beaches by themselves and walk to all shopping. The only bad part of our stay was that it wasn't long enough! We highly recommend this property and would stay there again without hesitation. The owners are friendly and very prompt in all communications we had with them. Kihei is a great central location beach town that makes it easy to visit other parts of the island in any direction. We stayed in this complex 4 years ago in a first floor unit and moving to the top floor made all the difference. Great pool and best hot tub in the USA! Best fish tacos at Jawz Tacos in the Azeka Mauka shopping center on Kihei rd. No ocean view but incredible food and the locals eat there. Very cute decor.

great condo great area pool and hot tub nice,use barbeque every night,good location.If you are going to hawaii and need a condo this is the one you should get.Owners were very helpful.

Better than advertised!

Our family of 8, ranging in age from 1 year to 55 years, stayed here for a week in August, 2008. This was a fabulous arrangement for us. Everyone had enough space for privacy, and the amenities were even better than advertised. The floor plan is very efficient; the condo was very nicely updated and tastefully furnished, very well equipped. It felt spacious, even though there were 8 of us! There is a view of the ocean, and it's just a block from a wonderful beach. The pool and hot tub were also very nice, and we spent more time there than we expected. We happened to be there during the Olympics, so it was very nice to have a large screen t.v. (the condo has 3 separate flat screen t.v.s). The location in Kihei and on the island was also very convenient. We tried snorkeling and surfing (in Lahaina, a 1/2 hour drive), which we really enjoyed. I highly recommend this condo, and would stay there again.
