A picturesque detached spacious single storey cottage with magnificent views across to the coast and Lake District. English Tourism Council 5* awarded and inspected annually. Formerly the original Piggeries and converted just 3 years ago into a 5star luxury cottage. Superb designer hand painted kitchen with granite work surfaces, Miele appliances, gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is open to the living area with a cosy wood burning stove and French doors leading to the garden area. There are original exposed beams and vaulted ceilings, terracotta tiled and wooden floors throughout. For evenings in, there is a CD player, video, TV and DVD player. A double and twin bedroom with an attractive shower room make this an ideal cottage for a couple or small family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pheasant Cottage and we will certainly want to stay again the next time we venture south.
