Super convenience, steps to the beach and new swimming pool. Can walk to restaurants (Marco Walk Shops), movie theater and the beach Resorts.
The Somerset is a 122 unit condominium - highly upgraded, gated security, tennis courts, BBQ, and 2 swimming pools. The adjacent condominiums have no weekly rentals, providing for an uncrowded relaxing beach.

The Beach sand was replenished in '07 - can't be beat. Surf fishing and Charter fishing opportunities are excellent. Marco Island is the largest of the 10,000 Islands which provide great sight seeing and backwater fishing for Redfish, Snook, Tarpon and many other species. Off shore - Grouper, Cobia, Kingfish, Permit ... Marco Island has many great locally owned restaurants + a quick trip north to Naples provides many other dining and entertainment options.
