Can walk to restaurants (Marco Walk Shops), movie theater and the beach Resorts. The Somerset is a 122 unit condominium - highly upgraded, gated security, tennis courts, BBQ, and 2 swimming pools. The adjacent condominiums have no weekly rentals, providing for an uncrowded relaxing beach. The living room was was just redone ( August 08) with all new furniture and a 50 inch HDTV!!

Notes: Pools have been completely redone in '07 - Heated. New BBQ gazebo's provide for a great opportunity to do some charcoal cooking (charcoal and electric starters provided). Kitchen redone '06 great appliances - all stainless. We provide dish detergent, coffee filters, laundry detergent, TP, Beach towels, chairs and a Beach Umbrella. The Living room was redone in August '08. There is all new furniture ( sofa/love seat chairs/ end tables) and a 50 inch HDTV with DVR. New 32 inch HDTV's in both bedrooms! (added July 09)

This condo was a dream come true, we celebrated a special birthday there, it was elegant, convenient, meticulous and all we ever dreamed of!!! The ammenities were fabulous and the owner absolutely wonderful to deal with. The decor was lovely and facilites very comfortable and close to many restaurants, shops, etc. The ocean view was especially glorious. IT WAS FABULOUS!

My husband, young child and I visited this property and loved everything about it. Marco Island is a fantastic place to vacation, what made it even better was staying at this luxury condo. The views from the unit are amazing. The place is extremely clean and well kept and everything we needed during our stay was provided. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The amenities are all new and eveyrhing about the place was nice. I would highly recommend this place and we can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful Sunsets

Everything about this property was great. The amenities were even better than expected. The unit and the entire Somerset property was clean and well-maintained. The beach was not crowded at all and we really enjoyed the sunsets every evening. Amy was extremely responsive with any quesitons we had. Our family of 4 has two young children so we spent most of our time relaxing on the beach or enjoying the pool, but there seemed to be plenty of water sports close by if you are looking for more activity. The Naples Zoo also provided a nice day trip.

we stayed at the property for 2 weeks in May2009,we have had a great time;the property is well furnished and very easy to used.
the kitchen is really nice and the master bedroom benefit a beautiful view.
the building is well maintained and very well situated;we have been several times to Marco and we like so much the place; but to rent an apartment and live like real insiders was the nicest experience of all.
we can t wait to go back.
just a piece of advice for us,french tourist ,it s sometimes hard to understand the use of all the electrical devices:oven, washing machine or tv set;a simple note would had been useful...

Awesome Family Vacation

I would recommend this condo to anyone. We had an absolute great time. Everything was better than advertised. Amy made the rental experience very easy and was very responsive to any questions. The fishing from the beach was unbelievable. We have lots of photos to prove it. My children 15, 12 & 8 all said it was the best week of vacation they have ever had. Better than last years 4 days at Disney followed by a Disney cruise and much more affordable. While my two boys and I spent most days fishing, swimming and playing on the beach, my wife and daughter found lots of shopping on the island and in nearby Naples. We will be back next year.
