Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, dining room, separate laundry room with washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms - two with queen beds and one with two twin beds, 2 full baths - one with separate bathtub, air conditioning, cable TV and wireless internet, finished basement with Playstation, beautiful back deck with a large lawn for outdoor recreation, outdoor gas grill, outdoor shower, private sandy beach and private dock. Sway in the hammock as you watch the ospreys and the sun set over the tranquil water. Great for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating....or simply relaxing. 5 minute car ride to the Hampton Classic show grounds and Bridgehampton Polo grounds. Less than 2 miles to Sag Harbor village Main Street.
