This vacation home features A/C plus ceiling fans, family sized dining area, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc...Lg flat panel cable LCD, HDTV w/DVD in living area as well as a TV in Mstr bdrm. Brand new modern bath. Full laundry. Sliders open to furnished deck with gas grill. Private backyard abuts conservation land. Patio off kitchen. Large enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower with dressing area for your use when returning from a day at the beach! Includes linens, towels, beach towels, iron/board, hair dryer, clock radio, books, games, lobster pots and all utensils needed for your own clam bake! Short drive to downtown Chatham for shopping and the freshest local seafood! Smoking on outdoor deck only. Sorry, no pets allowed.
