We invite you to come and enjoy our 3rd floor Ocean View Condo. Walk a few steps to the beach where you will find 7 miles of beautiful white sand and surf. Walk one mile down the beach to the pier where you can find rides & arcades for the kids and enjoy downtown amusements for yourself. All summer long on Thursday evening there are fireworks on the beach at dusk. This unit is a 2 bedroom with 1 Queen in 1 room, a bunk in the other with a full & twin and a Queen sleep sofa in the living room.

Perfect Stay at Old Orchard Beach

This was our second time at OOB and first time in a condo and we couldn't be happier. Everything was exactly as advertised and we were welcomed with fresh flowers and chocolate (a lovely touch). Unit was clean, well maintained and even better then we expected. We are a family of four with two young children and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We were also presently surprised to find that this was an end unit so there were only neighbours on one side of us (and we never heard them, not something you get in a hotel).
It was only a short walk to the beach and what a beach it is!! The weather was perfect and the kids enjoyed making sandcastles and playing in the waves.
We definitely plan on returning, perhaps for two weeks next time and would not hesitate to recommend this location.
