Location, location, location...

Wow, unbeatable location on the beach with waves crashing on the lava rocks (plenty of tide pools to explore), a private sand beach, close kids beach, palm trees....oh and a private pool and spa?
If you are coming to relax and unwind this is the place, if you plan to party and be loud go to Cabo---they have strict sound rules and "I am so glad they do"---though there are other houses around, everyone is on the same page and in 'take it easy' mode. A few days in our stay we had neighbors on both adjoining properties but never noticed them---so peaceful.
You could put a cardboard box on this property and it will still rent because the view is that good, but lucky us---the property comes with a recently remodeled house with new floors, doors, kitchen, etc---what a bonus treat.
