Welcome to La Quinta! The city known as, “The Gem of the Desert”, and when you visit you will see why! Our home is located in a very small gated community, in a gorgeous area flanked by The Empire Polo Fields and Silver Rock Golf Course, in front and behind multi million dollar homes. The area is exquisite! We chose this home on this lot because of its TOTAL privacy! We live in our yard and wanted the large backyard to be used as extended living space, thus crated a gigantic saline pool, 8 ft jetted spa and swim up bar with underwater stools across from the sunken BBQ area to take advantage of the surround sound speakers- to be enjoyed in any and every mood! This is truly the most relaxing place to spend a vacation in the sun. If you enjoy living outside, you will love living outside here! We are centrally located, 10 minutes from the freeway, Sam’s, Costco, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, El Paseo ( grandeur of shopping, art galleries), & Zagat rated restaurants

We are Just off the 10 Freeway at Jefferson, or 5 minutes off Highway 111. The views everywhere are outstanding; Santa Rosa, San Jacinto and Chocolate Mountains are quite a site to behold, especially with snow! La Quinta is home to the nationally acclaimed Arnold Palmer Classic Course at Silver Rock Resort, host of the Bob Hope Classic each January, as well as the Empire Polo Fields and the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stage Coach Music Festival both in April. We have been named by the Robb Report as the “Best Place to Live for Golf”, home to over 20 exceptional golf courses, including the famous PGA West. Come take in a live theater show, view the 'Art in Public Places', visit a museum, take the kids to an amazing new park, or a do some damage shopping, hike the historic Native American Trails to a waterfall, play tennis or golf all day and dine at terrific restaurants by night, or just lounge in the perfect weather by the pool out at our amazing home!

My wife and I spent a week at the 'Su Casa Getaway' home and absolutely loved it. The owners have done a fantastic job to set this lovely home up to enjoy the best of outdoor living in the desert.
Families or couples will find this one of the most comfortable and accommodating private residence available, plus the owners are very helpful and great to work with as well.
