Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV with HBO, Cinemax and Showtime. CD/DVD player, private pool, air condition, daily maid service, 24 hour gated security , 24 hour electricity. Walking distance to town, beach, supermarket, restaurants, and bus stops. Car not necessary. Beautiful view of the ocean and mountains make for a relaxing time on the patio. Happy Hour can be by the poolside watching the fantastic sunsets. Nearest Airport: Puerto Plata at 10 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles
Car: not necessary
The Villa is only 10-15 minutes from Puerto Plata airport, and easy walking to beach, supermarket, restaurants, and new Casino/niteclub/gym in town. Take a day and go to Samana to watch the whales as they migrate north or south. Check out the little towns along the way. Maybe you would like the mountains with many waterfalls or take the scenic route to Santiago. Car not needed. Public transportation available for all your travels. Golf courses right by the ocean. Check out Ocean World, only a short distance from the Villa in nearby Puerto Plata. Tour companies have many options for you to choose from - fishing, horseback riding, jeep safari, historical and cultural sites in Santiago, river rafting, biking, scuba diving, snorkeling right from shore. Cabarete , 15 minutes away, provides kite-boarding and windsurfing. Hurricanes - NO. They hit on the South . Mountains prevent the hurricanes from moving to the North shore. Come and enjoy the relaxing, carefree, Dominican life.

A nice place to stay!

A lovely housein a nice location. It is safe, secure, and very clean. It is a good place to come back to and relax for an evening swim before going out at night. It is located in a tranquil setting but close enough to walk to the beach and the nightlife. Go service by all and a few laughs along the way. The villa is well equipped to cook a nice meal with all moden conveniences. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this villa toeveryone!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our vacation was full of suprises! A wonderful villa, a full moon, a banana tree, some humingbirds, a nice lady called Francia (your maid) and Joanna (your property manager). My mother had a mini stroke but got "excellent" care at "Bournigal" in Puerto Plata. You also have wonderful neighbors. Thanks so much, we had a excellent vacation and would love to come back.
