Beautiful Ocean and Bay Views Apartment Right on the Beach

What a great experience we had at the Marenas!! First i found this property on this site 3 years ago and i had the chance to deal directly with the owner.we had to turn down this trip to florida at the time but this year we came back to florida and we still have the same very pleasent to talk to & great service from the owner.She send me all the informations well documented about the building,is condo unit and all the activity possible to do in the era.also the pictures put on the profile are exactly what you gonna get from the unit and the building ..so there will not be any deception at your 1st check-in down the lobby thru the unit with is terrific view of the ocean.the amenities around are great too.restaurant,grocery,bank,pharmacy...you got everything close to you.by the way,the staff who works there from the valet to the concierge...they 're all very nice to the visitor and tenants.finally all i can say is when you planify your vacancy with Andrea at the Marenas,you gonna get a wonderful service and experience...so i sincerely recomand any couple or family to have the chance to life this at lest one time during your vacancy or business travel to florida....you will left with a great memories of all this and probably and satisfy smile on your face.

We found an excellent place. Nice location and fair easiness around the resort. The view from the apartment was astonishment. It is an espectacular spot for relax and to look up for tranquillity. It`s located near by everything you might need, and even more.

Besides of the peaceful acomodation at Sunny Isles, Marenas, we enjoyed the most to meet kind people like Andrea, the owner, who looked after us all the the time in order to have all the details ready and made us feel like we were at home. Such a feeling was completly remarkable!!

My experience at Marenas was very pleasant. I did my contact with the owner through Homeaway and everything went just perfect. She replied all my e-mails promptly and answered all my doubts. The apartment is exactly what is shown in the site, very well equipped and beautiful with a marvelous view of the ocean and intracoastal. The only thing bad was the fact the door of the washer/dryer was broken when we arrived. Whoever stayed there before us damaged it and did not report to the owner or the Marenas. Would definitly stay there again!
