Sun, Sand, Sea... Our home offers great views from every room of the ocean, jungle and village. Sea breezes waft over you while you sleep in comfortable beds, with great linens.

Nestled on a quiet hillside, Casa Cuiza overlooks the north end of the small town of Sayulita and the Pacific Ocean. Named after the geckos found here, this Casa is unique with its playful colors and hand carved pineapples in all the wooden doors and windows. The spacious kitchen with its long curved kitchen counter and island in typical mexican tile, has everything you need to make cooking a delight. The kitchen and living room are open creating plenty of space for families and get-togethers. The two couches in the living area can double as extra single beds. In addition to wireless internet, there are an assortment of books, cd’s, a small stereo, dvd player and ipod/iphone docking station to enjoy during your stay.

Giving to the L-shape of Casa Cuiza, both the living, kitchen, and downstairs bedroom, extend through large double doors and covered terraces to a centered beautiful lawn, tropical garden, and pool area. The house has three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs the master bedroom, with a king sized bed, is in a spacious circular room with high domed roof. Attached to the master bedroom is a large terrace that overlooks the garden, pool and the amazing pacific ocean. Guests have enjoyed the terrace for yoga, romantic dinners and even a private salsa class or two. The other 2 bedrooms, one upstairs and one down, have Queen sized beds.

The most prominent feature of Cuiza is it’s large private garden and lap pool. Tropical plants line a large grassy yard from which one can enjoy the view. The pool is ready for laps, or just to cool off.

A short 5 minute walk to the beach, and town. A shared private driveway allows for parking.

My husband and I took our teenage daughter and two of her friends over Spring Break in March/April '09 and stayed here. The ambiance of this house with the view and lap pool made it our best trip ever to Sayulita! The girls took over the upstairs leaving us with complete privacy on the first floor. The location and proximity to the beach and to town made it safe for them to enjoy the night life and walk home. We ate out on the patio and watched the sun go down on the town. Bette, the owner, was very accomodating and communicative about our scheduling and offered advice about services and needs in town. We would come again and recommend this house to every friend we have! Loved it!

Our family enjoyed 4 wondeful days at this very confortable, well-situated house in Sayulita. The house is tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and clean. It catches a lovely cooling breeze in the afternoon. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach, downtown, and a Yoga/Pilates studio. We also enjoyed a culinary experience with Oscar who prepared a delightful meal of Mexican food for us one evening. A wonderful place to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Sayulita and area.

We had a fabulous holiday while staying in this
lovely home in Sayulita. The home is well situated,
an easy walk, to both the beach and the town. It has
very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and
lovely views from the deck and pool. Sayulita itself
offers a great beach, surf, sun and a small, lively
town with lots to offer. A 10 out of 10 family
holiday for us!!
