Located 65 miles from Florida’s East Coast, Grand Bahamas Island is the perfect destination for boaters and people who love water sports. When you don’t crave action enjoy a peaceful respite on the spacious patio with a magical view overlooking the clear turquoise waters of the marina. The smell of the ocean and feel of our warm breezes are a sensation all their own. The house is very comfortable for 6 persons, beautifully decorated, clean, updated, well appointed and located in a quiet residential area. We supply all linens and some beach towels in entry bureau. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a secure and fenced-in side yard to dry out your gear. A good collection of your favoriate board games will keep you occupied on the rare rainy day. Tennis court and pool are directly opposite the house. House is approx 3000sf and the attached carport offers good cover for 2 cars. The Port Lucaya Market Place and UNEXSO (diving) are 7 minutes by car.

The house is located in Freeport, Grand Bahamas Island. Nassau, is 130 miles SE of Freeport. Note that The Bahama Islands consist of over 700 islands and cays, most of them uninhabited, covering 100,000 square miles of Atlantic Ocean between South Florida and Hispaniola

The description of this house does it no justice. The house is very beautiful and boater friendly. We arrived in our 35' boat with no problems and nothing beats waking up in the morning and taking 20 steps to your boat. Ms. Barbara made the whole experience worth while and we look forward to doing it again next year. A+++++++++++++++++++!
